INGREDIENTS (2 people):
200gr; 1 cup: Semolina Flour
100gr; 1/2 cup: water
to taste salt
1 tbsp extra virgin oil
THE SAUCE:
500gr, 1 pound: Broccoli
1 garlic clove
4 anchovy fillets
1 fresh red chili pepper (or some flakes)
4 tbsp extra virgin oil
2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano Cheese
TOOLS:
Dough cutter
1 Knife with a rounded tip (dinner knife): IMPORTANT
Pot for water
Spider strainer
