Pear and Apple Spicy&Easy cake

Here is a very simple and tasteful cake. I cooked it yesterday afternoon and now is almost finished…my daughetrs and my husband love it so much! 

My grandmother tought me this cake when she hadn’t the mixer and it’s in this way that we prepare it during our cooking classes in Tuscany.

Now you can  use the robot, it’s very very fast. Enjoy it!

It’s a really easy cake to make with a mixer. The flavor is delicate, even if spicy and the fruit gives it a very soft consistence. Ok for the breakfast and great for a tea time with friends.

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Yield: Cake with fruits
Ingredients

• 1pear
• 1apple
• 3eggs
• 2cupsflour
• 5ozbrown sugar
• 2tbspmais syrup
• 4ozbutter
• 2tspcinnamon
• 2tbspnutmeg
• 1tbspbaking yeast

Cooking Directions

1. First of all clean the pear and the apple and put in the mixer to have small pieces. Add in the eggs, the flour, the sugar and the mais syrup and mix again about 10 seconds.
2. Soft the butter.
3. Add the yeast to the dough and mix about 5 seconds.
4. Add in the soft butter and the spices and now stir gently for about 10 seconds.
5. Pour everything in a buttered (or with a cooky paper) cake pan (24cm).
6. Heat the oven at 375°F and bake the cake for about 30 minutes
