One of our first experiences was a cookery course for travel bloggers. Such great guys! And the job: travel, observe, and then … live to write. I am in contact with many of them and I hope always to see them again. Homemade pasta, tagliata (beef) with arucula and parmesan and finally, Biancomangiare. This is an old cake, poor. Like those we like. When I think about this dessert I always remember my childhood and the mother of my friend Roberta. The tea time, at her house, was always a party and I’ve never forgotten the Biancomangiare flavor she cooked for us …
Biancomangiare is for those who love milk, cream and vanilla … for those who expect a slow music dissolves under the tongue …
